The team is headed by Richard Gorst who has more than 14 years experience as an insurance broker and risk advisor. He is experienced in managing relationships with existing clients, project management in all areas of programme design which includes corporate programme design, broking, placement, administration, claims management. He will therefore have a key involvement in the overall responsibility for strategic direction of your account and delivery of agreed service standards and will be involved for day to day service as well as implementing and monitoring your claims delivery service.
